Comparing measured values with an accepted value

Measurement A agrees with the accepted value within margins of uncertainty.

Measurement B does not include the accepted value within its uncertainty range, but can nonetheless be said to be in agreement since the discrepancy is only but slightly larger than the uncertainty.

Measurement C clearly does not agree with the accepted value, and sources of errors should be discussed.
